Do you come to me or do I drop my car off?
In 99% of cases we will come to you and perform our services wherever you are - whether it be your work, condo, apartment or driveway. We want to make this process as simple as can be. The only time we wouldn’t would be because of inclement weather, in which we would either reschedule, or perform our services at our physical garage about 20 minutes north of Columbus in Galena.
How do I pay?
Payment is processed on the card on file you entered to schedule your appointment after services are completed.
Why the mileage and setup/teardown fees?
Since we are a mobile business that travels to you, we must charge a small, one way, one dollar per mile fee to cover the real world costs involved in our operations. That said travel fee accounts for fuel, time spent driving, and vehicle wear. This will be waived if you have to travel to us. There is also a fee of $10 for the time it takes to setup before, and take down after the appointment. The time it takes to perform both the setup and teardown usually exceeds an hour, but since we don’t want to unnecessarily gauge you, we simply set it at ten.
What are the differences between Standard Services and Refinement Club tiers?
Our Standard Services are single-use, one-off appointments. Our Refinement Club, however, is a recurring, quarterly membership. If you join any of the four tiers of the club, you will receive our services 4 times per year, at a slightly discounted rate coupled with no fees. Join today and save 15%!
Are you an official, legitimate business?
Yes we are! We are completely different than your second cousin who details cars for fun a couple times a month. We have obtained an LLC, an EIN from the IRS, and have all the proper documentation to run and operate legally and effectively. In addition to this, we are fully insured, so you can rest easy knowing that any potential damage that happens to your property will be fully replaced and restored by us in a timely manner.
